Room Rates
TIA has contracted for a block of rooms at the
hotel at a very special rate of $195 single or double occupancy per
night plus applicable state and local taxes. Current taxes are 14.5%. To
reserve your room, please call 1-800-325-7832. These rooms are available
until March 6, 2010. After this date, the room block will be released to
general sales. You may not be able to secure a room after that date and
the rates may be higher.
The standard resort fee has been waived for TIA
attendees. The resort fee includes: Wellness Center Admittance, Country
Club Fitness Center Access, 10% off tennis/golf Pro Shop merchandise
purchases, 50% off Tennis Court Fee, Pay for rental of one demo racquet
and a second racquet rental is free, $5 off overnight Valet
parking.
TIA must commit to and guarantee a block of
rooms at the hotel in exchange for meeting space. Members who choose to
stay in a hotel other than the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador, or who
book via the internet outside our room block will cause TIA to suffer a
monetary penalty. Therefore attendees who do not stay or book a room
outside the room block at the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador will have
$100 added to their registration fee for the meeting.

conference & meeting facilities.
Transportation
Eight airlines currently serve Tucson International Airport providing
nonstop service to 15 destinations with connections worldwide with 60
daily departing flights. Due to the widely available internet airline
rates, TIA is not offering special airfare information. It is highly
recommended to book airfare tickets well in advanced as airline
schedules change daily.
The Hilton El Conquistador Golf and Tennis Resort is located on the
northwest side of Tucson, approximately 22 miles from the Tucson
International Airport.
Taxi fare to the resort is approximately $65 one way excluding driver
gratuity.
Arizona Stagecoach is similar to Super Shuttle and is a
multi–stop shuttle where the Hilton El Conquistador is the last
stop on the way in and the first stop on the way out. Currently their
cost is approximately $48 one way excluding driver gratuity.

main terminal.
Hertz
Rental Cars: TIA has made special arrangements with Hertz for special
savings on rental cars. Call 1-800-654-220 or book online at

In addition to the above options, the Hilton provides transfer
service to/from the airport for $38.00 + $5.34 tax = $43.34 per person
each way. This is a scheduled service and needs to be arranged in
advance. Charges for transportation provided by the Hilton can be
charged to your guestroom or to a credit card. The hotel accepts
American Express, Diners Club, Visa, Master Card and Discover cards.
