TIA Exhibit Booth Assignments
Beginning in 2010, TIA is implementing an Exhibitor Priority Points
system in an effort to further streamline the booth assignment process
and create a fair and equitable system for TIA exhibitor partners.
We experienced concerns in the past from exhibiting companies regarding
booth assignments and allocation. We will use this plan as a
guideline for future booth assignments. The priority point system was
beta tested for the 2010 convention and will be utilized for 2011 booth
assignments.
Reservation forms must be fully completed and received by TIA with
full payment (either a check or credit card number). Each form
must indicate 3 booth choice locations. Each form will be date
stamped and numbered in the order in which they are received.
Exhibitor Priority Points will then be assigned to each exhibitor
requesting space based on the priority point system outlined below.
The Priority Point system will then determine the order in which
booths are assigned.
Booth reservation forms will be distributed at the 2010 convention
and can be returned to TIA beginning on Friday,
April 9,2010.
