TIA’s Compensation Report

This report provides invaluable information about how logistics firms are organized, salary and compensation, information by position and geographic regions and is currently being revised.

 "The TIA Foundation Compensation Survey is an essential tool for any 3PL owner that wants to retain employees and agents in the highly competitive 3PL employment environment,” said Robert Voltmann, President and CEO of TIA. 

Copies of the Compensation Survey Results are available for TIA members for $150 and $250 for non-members.

The TIA 3PL Market Report

This report gathers operating data from 3PL members to yield actual information on the business conditions within this sector. This is a truly comprehensive report on the trends and practices of the 3PL industry, providing a representative understanding of what is happening within this business sector.  Participants are divided into five revenue size categories.  The report includes number of shipments by mode, total billing, gross margins and forecasts, based on shipper data to provide expectations of the near term volume of business, either positive or negative.
