TIA offers practical, targeted, hands-on educational programs to help members compete in the marketplace; keep abreast of technological changes; stay up-to-date on regulatory matters; and meet the challenges of running an independent business. TIA develops educational initiatives to meet the growing need for training in the industry, hand-in-hand with our members and other industry professionals. Among these offerings is the Certified Transportation Broker (CTB) educational program for qualified intermediaries to ensure professionalism and commitment to the transportation industry. The CTB program is the only professional certification program for property brokers, and is administered by transportation academicians of accredited universities.
