Oasis Capital is no longer issuing bonds

FMCSA has officially inactivated OASIS privileges as a filer for property broker's trust funds. OASIS' failure to comply with the letter dated May 3 will result in FMCSA revoking OASIS privileges to submit trust funds on behalf of carriers permanently; and will terminate the registration of brokers that currently have OASIS as their trustee. CSA 2010 - The New SaferStat System

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has announced that its new Comprehensive Safety Analysis system, CSA 2010 rollout will be pushed back from Summer 2010 to Fall of 2010. For a more comprehensive update on the program, click here .

C-TPAT - U.S. Chamber of Commerce support

TIA is pleased to announce that the U.S. Chamber of Commerce has written a letter on TIA's behalf in support of all domestic brokers also being allowed to participate in the government run C-TPAT program.
