One of the Transportation Intermediaries Association's (TIA) core activities is to serve as the voice of TIA members and the 3PL industry before Congress and federal regulators and agencies.
TIA's dedicated Government Affairs team works diligently to educate, inform, and guide members of Congress and their staff on a range of issues, regulations, topics, and themes important to our members and the industry as a whole.
TIA's Government Affairs team also works closely with federal regulators, including the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), as well as with industry groups to collectively find common-sense solutions to issues facing the transportation industry.
