Congressman Peter DeFazio to Deliver Day One Keynote Address at the TIA 2021 Capital Ideas Conference
MAY 10, 2021 – ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA – Transportation Intermediaries Association (TIA), the voice of third-party logistics (3PL), announced today that Congressman Peter DeFazio (D-4th/OR), Chairman of the House Committee on Transportation & Infrastructure, will deliver the Day One Keynote Address to the roughly 400 attendees at the TIA 2021 Capital Ideas Conference.
Chairman DeFazio will be speaking about the President’s plan for addressing our nation’s infrastructure challenges and Congress’ role in developing a Surface Transportation Reauthorization Bill, with the FAST Act set to expire again on September 30, 2021.
