Meet Harinder Kaur, CEO of Vineyard Brokerage in Indianapolis.

How did you get involved in the industry? Our Family had trucking business and I saw the opportunity of expanding it by being a broker.

Who has inspired your career? My husband

What has been the greatest challenge/opportunity in your career? Making new customers believe there are still good people and companies in freight that are earning honest business.

What advice would you give to others who want to start working in the industry? Consistency and persistence will get you the business. Honesty and ethics will maintain the business.
